The sterile laboratory is a small laboratory for aseptic operation in the bacteria test room, and the interior decoration and disinfection conditions are more stringent.

1. The sterile room should be completely closed. There should be two doors for personnel access, and there should be a buffer between them.

5. For laboratories with limited conditions, the Ultra-Clean Workbench can be used instead of the sterile laboratory for corresponding operations. The Ultra-clean Workbench should be selected for vertical airflow.

6. The sterile room should be equipped with air-conditioning equipment to ensure that it does not affect the work medical education network due to room temperature.

Operating procedures:

1. Put the tested samples and test supplies into the transfer window before the test, close the outer door, turn on the UV lamp, and irradiate for 30 minutes.

2. Turn on the high-efficiency filter fan, UV lamp and power switch, and illuminate the UV lamp for 30 minutes.

3. The staff wash their hands before entering the studio. After wearing the sterile clothes, caps, masks and slippers in the buffer room, they will pass through the air shower room and the whole body will be exposed to the wind and enter the studio.

4. Disinfect the hands and wrists with a disinfectant and pass the required items through the transfer window.

5. Do not enter or leave the studio during work. Immediately after the test, the table top and the floor were cleaned, and the indoor items were placed neatly, and other items were transmitted through the transfer window. The staff closed the inner door, entered the buffer room, replaced the slippers and sterile clothes, left the studio, and turned on the UV lamp for 30 minutes.

6. Open the transfer window, take out the inoculated culture and send it to the culture. The remaining samples are properly disposed according to the relevant regulations of the laboratory.

7. Turn off the fan and UV lamp power supply.

Air conditioner instructions:

1. Clean room air should be heated or cooled, as follows.

2. Press the [ON/OFF" button of the air conditioner remote control and select the heating or cooling mode as required.

3. Press the temperature setting button ▲ or ▼ to increase and decrease the setting temperature by 1 °C between 16 °C and 30 °C.

4. Other buttons on the remote control panel do not need to be used under normal circumstances.

Maintenance management:

1. Persons unrelated to the inspection work shall not be allowed to enter without the approval of the person in charge of the inspection room. The inspection personnel shall not engage in other activities unrelated to the inspection work in the clean work room.

2. After each test, carefully check the switches such as electric lights and air conditioners to keep them in a closed state to prevent accidents.

3. Keep the clean work room clean and tidy. The indoor items are neatly arranged. In addition to disinfecting the work surface after each test, the indoor table and chairs, the floor and the wall are thoroughly washed once a month with disinfectant.

4. According to the frequency of use of the clean studio, check the replacement of the primary effect and medium efficiency filter membrane for half a year to one year.
